Chiropractor
Peter’s journey into chiropractic began through his own experience. After working as a personal trainer he went on to become an arborist, and serve with the British Army — both physically demanding jobs he still enjoys today. It was while working in the trees that he suffered an injury which first introduced him to chiropractic care. Experiencing how much it helped him recover and get back to the work and activities he loves inspired him to retrain as a chiropractor himself
I always like to have several tools in my toolbox as every person responds differently. I prioritise focal soft tissue work with diversified adjustments, but can also use Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, lifestyle advice and individualised rehab plans - movement is medicine!
Anybody who does their homework! In all seriousness, I love people who really want to get moving again. I have a passion for sport and exercise and have always found that setting goals and achieving them is the best reward for my patients, and I love to hear about them!
I can never sit still and love a challenge! Most recently I completed the Snowdon Ultra Marathon, and earlier this year took part in the Hyrox Games in London. I love lifting weights, running with my dog, or tinkering on anything with an engine!
