What payments do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Applepay and cash.

How quickly can I see a practitioner?

We understand that when you call to book an appointment, often the reason for your call is pain. Therefore we do our utmost to see you that day. If our practitioners are very busy, we always aim to see you at our earliest opportunity. We have two evenings (Wednesday and Thursday) and a Saturday morning for our patients who are only able to attend appointments outside work hours.

How can I book an appointment?

You can either book online, by telephone on 01491 577 771 or via email at enquiries@backinline.uk

Are any of the treatments available on the NHS?

Unfortunately all our current treatments and therapies are on a private basis.

Will I have to undress for a Chiropractic consultation?

For our clinicians to do an accurate assessment and gather all relevant information it is often beneficial to uncover the body part in question. We assure you that all levels of decency will be observed at all times and we encourage you to bring a chaperone if you feel more comfortable.

If you have an upper body or neck problem you will be required to remove your top half. Ladies should wear underwear that they feel comfortable in or bring a vest top. For a lower limb or low back problem we will often ask you to uncover both your lower and upper back. For the lower half we would suggest that you bring some shorts.

A freshly laundered gown will be available with every appointment. It is important to communicate your feelings if at any time you feel uncomfortable during the process. It is also not uncommon for our practitioners to keep their patients fully clothed if direct contact with the skin isn’t needed during follow up appointments.

Will I have to go up a flight of stairs?

Unfortunately finding the right premises in town that is on the ground floor is exceptionally difficult and to access the clinic you will have to go up a flight of stairs. Please call ahead if you require any assistance at all and our receptionists will be happy to help; this includes helping with babies, prams etc.
